The CCM Extreme Flex E5.9 SR Chest Protector - Source Exclusive brings mobility, coverage and protection to the mid-range price point. The E5.9 features CCM's Max Flex fit and a high density foam construction to keep you protected while being extremely mobile. What separates our SDC version from the regular E-Flex 5.9 chest is a removable and mesh rib protection piece that allows for better breathability during gameplay.

Internal Foams
The CCM E5.9 SDC Chest Protector is equipped with a combination of molded HD and LD foams which give it a light, mobile feel without sacrificing protection.

Body
The body uses HD foam throughout giving goalies great impact protection. CCM worked to improve the protection in the ribs extending the wrap further around the body adding coverage where it's needed for plays off the post. A molded HD foam sternum adds a denser layer of protection while also reinforcing an area that commonly breaks down. The chest area uses a combination of HD and LD foams that offer great protection without sacrificing mobility.

Shoulders
Featuring segmented and contoured shoulder floaters, the E5.9 is designed to maintain coverage and presence in the net, while allowing for easy head movement and a close-to-the-body feel. The shoulder caps on the E5.9 are made up of compression-molded HD foam for optimized protection.

Arms
Through the use of a velcro adjustment system, the arms on the E5.9 chest are ideal for growing goalies or those who want to be able to fine tune the fit of their gear. The arms use a similar construction to that of the E2.9 with compression molded HD foam. The elbows of the E5.9 are independently adjustable from the rest of the arm strapping to further customize the fit and are equipped with a comfort fit elbow cap that locks the arm into place.

Back Straps
The E5.9 features 2 back clips on either side to put the unit on. These clips are protected by high density foam pads, which reduce the risk of breakage from puck impacts

The CCM Extreme Flex E5.9 Senior Chest & Arm Protector - Source Exclusive is available in sizes Small through Extra Large. The E5.9 chest comes in a Source Exclusive colourway featuring a Black base with red and white accents.
