Master the art of leading a guided meditation during this IN-PERSON or ONLINE training with experienced meditation teacher and hypnotist Ewa J. (E-RYT 500, CH).
Anyone can learn how to hold space for healing and transformation. This weekend intensive will give you the tools to start leading your own guided meditations.
We explore healing language practices from all across the wellness world, including mindfulness, manifestation theory, neurolinguistic programming, and hypnosis. We also practice leading our own meditations in a small group setting, receiving support and feedback.
This program is suitable for yoga teachers and holistic practitioners - or anyone wanting to make a positive impact with their words.

MEET EWA JOSEFSSON:
Swedish-born Ewa Josefsson is a certified hypnotist (CH) specialized in subconscious reprogramming. She is based in Miami where she hosts workshops, programs and retreats focused on positive suggestion as a tool for healing and transformation. She is also an accomplished yoga and meditation teacher (RYT 500) and a teacher of teachers, co-hosting the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings with Mimi Yoga.
