We are led by experienced laughter coach Heinrich with Life Retreat Studio. This course goes beyond laughter as an emotion, teaching you the art and science of laughter yoga, which combines laughter exercises with yogic deep breathing techniques.

- Understanding the philosophy and principles of laughter yoga.
- Exploring the role of laughter in enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Laughter Techniques and Exercises:
- Learning a variety of laughter exercises for different settings.
- Practising techniques for leading laughter yoga sessions with diverse groups.
- Breathwork and Relaxation:
- Incorporating deep-breathing exercises for holistic well-being.
- Guided relaxation techniques to enhance the calming effects of laughter.
- Laughter Meditation and Mindfulness:
- Exploring laughter meditation for inner peace and mindfulness.
- Understanding how laughter can be a tool for present-moment awareness.
- Running a Laughter Club:
- Guidelines for starting and managing a laughter club in various settings.
- Strategies for creating a supportive and inclusive laughter community.
Qualification:
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded the title of Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, This qualification enables you to confidently lead laughter yoga sessions, start your laughter club, and integrate laughter yoga into various professional settings.

Do Attendees need to have other qualifications to be able to attend?
The attendees need to be 16 years old and don't need any qualifications to attend. People from all walks of life can join in and make a huge success of their laughter coaching careers. They need to be people who can laugh easily and no yoga training is necessary in this module as we will only concentrate on deep breathing exercises
