The Warrior G4 junior goalie leg pads also keep the Active Response Straps that have made life a lot easier for little goalies that can't tie knots as well as they need to. The elastic straps go through the goalies skate allow for a much more secure quick attach system when compared to traditional laces.

The Warrior G4 jr goalie pads also feature a softer boot break when compared to its bigger brothers. This difference in stiffness is to allow younger goalies to manipulate the pad and be able to more properly move in and out of the butterfly.
